Thin film systems are being utilized as an easy anti corrosion coating process by using priming color and primer, which mainly contain zinc phosphate pigments. For heavy anti corrosion coating thick film systems are needed, which predominantly contain iron mica and zinc dust. Prerequisite is the compliance of the required minimum coating thickness.
